Why MUD
In a world of sleek lines and high-gloss synthetics, we chose clay. "MUD" represents our foundational philosophy: a return to raw, earth-hewn materials and basic, unprocessed ingredients.
Our counters are molded from textured terracotta, and our cups are hand-thrown in local studios. The earthy textures match the bold, unfiltered complexity of our coffee beans.

Good coffee starts with good beans. At MUD, we serve 100% organic Guatemalan coffee, roasted by a small local roaster Great Circle Coffee right here in Miami.

We designed The Mud Cafe to function as a warm community living room. You won't find sterile workspaces or rows of monitors—instead, we promote face-to-face dialogue, quiet book reading, and acoustic music.
